Moose Hunting...
Bush Country Camp offers a 10 day hunt starting approximately the 2nd week in October. Moose can be hunted near Sasseginega or 'H' Lake. Quebec regulations stipulate two hunters per moose tag. We hunt bulls and calves every year with cows being hunted every other year.
Bush Country only accepts a limited number of hunters each season to ensure a high success rate. Moose licenses are bought at the Island. Bush Country Camp is located within Zone 13 East.

Bear Hunting... Bush Country Camp offers a
spring bear hunt only beginning June 1st and continuing to June 30th. We
have baited stands for hunters to use. Bear can be hunted near Sasseginega
or 'H' Lake. Skinning can be done by our staff, for a fee... Again, Bush Country only accepts a
limited number of hunters for the hunting season. Bear licenses are
bought at the Island.
